How Do I Create A Campaign On Dating Gold?

There are a couple of ways to create a campaign but I’ll explain the easiest of the two.

Once in your DG admin area just click on Statistics.

You’ll see a link part-way down the page called Manage Campaigns.  Click it.

Where you see the form field called Add Campaign, write inside the desired name for your new campaign.  Then click Add Campaign and you are done.

Easy!

What are campaigns?

A campaign describes a specific set of efforts in your promotion of the Dating Gold brand.  For instance, you might lump all of your blog traffic in one campaign, or you might create different campaigns for each blog.  Similarly, you might create a campaign for tgp traffic, another for link list, and another for legal tube sites.

Why use campaigns?

Campaigns allow you to segregate your marketing efforts in order to evaluate their effectiveness.  You can notice successful campaigns and attempt to duplicate them; whilst also recognising poor campaigns and improving upon them.

I have several hundred campaigns with Dating Gold.  Another benefit of using campaigns, I find, is they focus my mind.  I know exactly what I’m working on and whether it’s working good or bad.  At a glance I know what I’m doing and how it’s doing.  Invaluable information.
